Product Description
In the constantly evolving world of finance, a solid technical foundation is an essential tool for success. Due to the fast-paced nature of this world, however, no one has been able to take the time to properly codify the lifeblood of the corporate financier’s work—namely, valuation. Rosenbaum and Pearl have responded to this need by writing the book that they wish had existed when they were trying to break into Wall Street. Investment Banking: Valuation,… More >>
Investment Banking: Valuation, Leveraged Buyouts, and Mergers and Acquisitions

I have both my CFA and CPA and thought that this was an excellent book that anyone who wants to do investment banking should purchase. The models included with the book and the examples used were incredibly helpful for me during investment banking recruiting process (I am currently in business school).
Rating: 5 / 5
I’m a financial advisor and a fan of the entire Wiley Finance Series…they have outdone themselves this time. While all their valuation books are top notch, this is the only one I’ve seen written by practicing professionals. I recommend the book for all my clients.
5 stars!
Rating: 5 / 5
This is an excellent book for what it is. It provides a “nuts and bolts” overview of how to develop Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for various aspects of valuing mergers and acquisitions. As such, the title is somewhat misleading in that the book is focused more on one aspect of investment banking rather than providing a detailed discussion of the subject.
Rating: 3 / 5
Comprehensive book for anyone and everyone related to Investment Banking. A must read for those who are also looking to enter Investment Banking. 5-stars to the authors!!

Josh:
Recently, I purchased your book “Investment Banking” and have enjoyed reading it so far. I am a 6+ year commercial/operations business professional with a Fortune 20 firm seeking to move into the BD/M&A function either within or outside of the current firm. The content you all have layed out is very detailed and beneficial, similar to the in-person training completed last year in the intensive valuation/modeling program run by the Investment Banking Institute.
Thanks for creating this guidebook to Invesment Banking. Look forward to reading further.
Best wishes,
Andrew
